These Terms and Conditions are between you and Sulok Inc. (“SuLok,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the SuLok app or visiting our website, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before using our services. These terms govern your use of the app and website and apply whether you use them for personal or commercial purposes; if you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

The SuLok app and website are provided by SuLok, which retains all rights to the app and any related materials, including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and all other intellectual property rights. You are not permitted to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our app or content, nor are you allowed to extract its source code or translate it into other languages without our prior written consent.

SuLok is committed to ensuring that our app is useful and efficient, which may require us to update or modify the app and its features or charges at any time. Although we strive to keep the app up to date, older versions may eventually become unsupported, and you agree to accept any updates that are offered. We also reserve the right to discontinue the app or website services at any time without prior notice; upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease and you must immediately stop using the app and delete it if installed on your device.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to provide that User Content and to allow SuLok to use it as described in these Terms and Conditions.

By providing User Content, you grant SuLok a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, transmit, modify for formatting, accessibility, safety, and technical purposes, moderate, remove, and otherwise use the User Content to operate, provide, protect, and improve our services and enforce these Terms and Conditions.

If you believe content on SuLok infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or is unsafe or objectionable, use the in-app report controls where available or contact contact@sulok.com with enough detail to locate the content and evaluate the concern. SuLok may review, moderate, restrict, remove, disable access to, or preserve User Content as needed to enforce policies, protect users, respond to legal requests, or comply with applicable law.

   • Any dispute arising out of use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of the country of your residence when you made the purchase.

   • We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

The app stores and processes the personal data you provide to offer our services, and it is your responsibility to keep your device secure. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as doing so can compromise both its security and the proper functioning of our app. Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection, and if you access the app via mobile data rather than Wi-Fi, you may incur charges from your service provider. You are responsible for any costs or charges incurred, including roaming fees, and if you are not the account holder, you must have the consent of the person responsible for the bill.

When you purchase products or services through our app or website, you provide personal and payment information that is processed securely by a trusted third-party payment processor; by making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the payment processor’s terms and privacy policy. SuLok does not store your complete payment details on our servers, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your transactions are properly authorized.
